Cancellation Policy

£15 non-refundable deposit required • Deposit must be paid 48 hours before your appointment • Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed Payment • Cash only on the day of your appointment Lateness Policy • Up to 5 minutes late - acceptable • 10-15 minutes late: £5 late fee • 20-30 minutes late: £10 late fee or appointment may be cancelled Appointment Preparation • Please arrive with no eye makeup • Lashes must be clean (£5 cleansing fee applies if required) Important Information • Full sets require a minimum of 2 hours and cannot be rushed • A patch test is recommended 24 hours prior to your appointment
